For the times I've been in a situation
That needed such an attractive story
Writing has been my life-line and ticket
For the golden highway of dreams
I now contrive a brand new situation
In which I will write for this woman
And I will put her picture in my heart
And dream of dreams becoming real
Now is a time to write for the skies
And people will enjoy the pleasures
Of written lines of verse and stories
And stanzas of written treasures
For I look upon the midnight skies
For the treasure to my eyes
Is the star that bears your name
I will write this to a fame
That may be to which I write
What I feel I have a right
To tell you how I feel inside
It is for you I will die.
